My Art Story

My Art story: 

It's my wife's fault,

 I say that because she's the one who signed me up for art lessons one year for my birthday.

She's also the one that reminded me of my mom's talent and how I sketched and painted as a kid. I was even more surprise one day at a local fair that I sold one of my pieces of artwork for $300. My Art career has taken off since then, winning local art shows and selling my art all over the United States . I have my wife to thank for this career and I thank God for her encouragement.

During this last Rose Festival in Tyler I was admiring these roses just glowing in the sun. There where bees all over the place and they where busy. These jewels are so hard to keep and grow  and also just as hard to paint. I hope this brightens up your home or that of one of your family's members.   I liked how the large oak was covering everything, and  to paint it in such a way that it was in the painting yet not the focus. The bed of Tulips is what caught my eye peaking out from under the shadow of the red bush . I just wanted to share this treasure of a find with you.
