" RUST BUCKET " SOLD

I'm loving my new pallet of colors. Having fun exploring the possibilities and color combinations. This 11 x 14 size seems to be a better fit for my type of painting style. What do you think about this size canvas. I think this is a 40's Chevy flat bed work truck. It was berried up to axles and was left behind a back side of a field. What caught my eye was all the rust and the primed black door. 

" FALL AND EVERGREENS " SOLD

What a color combination of the evergreens with some last fall colors of year past. Wanted to capture the softness of the pond edges and the hint of tree reflection. Soft and colorful a collision of colors. Well I'm babbling on here whats your opinion .

" THE LAST SNOW " SOLD

It makes me cold just looking at it . Here it is what I'm calling the last snow. Now there is defiantly and warm and cold effect going on in this painting and I think the cold is winning. Lucky for us we don't see much show  in East Texas. However we sure did get some in the north west this year. 

" SHE IS GRAND " SOLD

Was very inspired by a fellow artist with the use of bold yet subtle color combinations  . The idea of just pushing and add colors not only by value but by color contrast of both Hot and Cool. The fact this is also a bit larger canvas board 11 X 14 . This gave me the room to play. Love the reflections in lights and glitter in this one. Curious to hear what you are thinking.
