Douglas Carter, A Painting Diary: My Art story is: It's my wife's fault, I say that because she's the one who signed me up for art lessons one year for my birthday. She's also the one that reminded me of my mom's talent and how I sketched and painted as a kid. I was even more surprise one day at a local fair that I sold one of my pieces of artwork for $300. My Art career has taken off since then, winning local art shows and selling my art all over the United States . I have my wife to thank for this career and I thank God for her encouragement.
