 Looking at the finished painting  all I could think of was what a beautiful blue sky and how calming and inviting it was. I used warm and cool blues with hot highlights of the sun rays breaking the edges of the cloud. The ocean looks on fire and yet the mood overall is cool and calming .

If you have ever walked the beach at dawn or dust it is breathtaking and overwhelming. You seem so small in front of something so beyond words and its all around you. Your senses are seeing all these different things at the same time. Like the power of the sun and surf sounds of the wind and air. I love the beach and hope you can get a feeling of it here.

Its been a day and just wanted to look at something that is beyond my ability. Only God  can bring together such a combination of light dark and color. This is my attempt to capture that and I needed to spend time looking at it. His creation brings me peace that reminds me of Phil 4;3 and the peace of God, whick surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and mind through Christ Jesus our lord. You could say it this way also. May the God Of Peace   protect what you feel in your heart and hear in your mind., how by making Jesus your Lord. What I like about this is there's  no mention of your soul because that's where He lives once you ask him into your life. So if he is the God of peace and you don't know him may bee you haven't experienced true peace in your life.  Peace to you today.
